BJ is a small scale, employee owned company, that provides quality beef jerky and steaks. BJ was founded in 2023 by Bear Reese, an aspiring butcher who loves steak. Bear made BJ to supply his friends and family with quality beef jerky and dry aged steaks. Some of our favorite cuts are Ribeyes, Eye of Rounds, and Zabutons, which are all sold on this site!
